LIST YOUR PROPERTY
The bottom line is that we are being inundated with requests from movie, television, commercial, video & print companies for filming locations.
We now need more properties for our library in order to fulfill those requests.
We work on a commission basis. In addition to marketing your property, we will:
- Negotiate the rental and handle all contracts
- Provide a site representative to work as a liaison between you and production company during filming at your property
- You will be fully insured and paid in full prior to start of film production at your property
- Provide excellent personal service
The onetime cost to list your property is $299.00
The $299.00 cost covers some of the set up costs to put your property in our library.

This includes:
- Photography of your property
- Photoshop & Graphic Design artists to create the portfolio of your property
- Additional marketing via color brochure distribution of your property
- Web site up loading and maintenance
NOTE: We will NOT add your property to our library if we do not think it has a possibility of being rented.
